The home screen is stuck in an endless loop, trips are not updated, sign out option can be clicked infinitely without anything happening, “leave feedback” leads to another window with a stuck loading screen… I am traveling for business soon and would pretty much like to use this app for check-in, boarding tickets and hotel booking confirmations. I was pretty happy with the app previously.

App scheint stabil zu sein, aber im Vergleich mit anderen booking apps langsam und nie sicher ob mit “verwerfen” ein Neustart der Suche gemeint ist oder doch ein beatätigen der Buchung gemeint ist.

There are 3 different Egencia sites available. Full browser, tablet, and smartphone. All of them should not be considered "commercially ready" from my perspective. The interface varies across the 3 platforms, selection of offers it shows also vary. For example, LCC flight options such as easy jet does not appear at all on the tablet and smartphone versions. This is a huge issue if you are a frequent business traveler based near one of their hub airports. Sorting of the options also take a long time to load, so it is very time consuming to finally find the option to book. It is hard for me to understand that such a poor site is supported by the same company that runs Expedia, where I have been a happy user for decades. The only reason to use Egencia is company policy, and many of my colleagues are also dissatisfied. Feels like their service is on beta version, except there are no visible improvements for the last 5 months... Phone support where the company pays extra can also be a hit or a miss.
