Your constant popups that cover the search bar or large portions of the screen make me feel like i am back in 2005 after having installed 10 different tool bars on the browser. It’s bad design and makes the experience feel cheap and like a knockoff of other food ordering services. I shouldn’t feel like your app needs an adblocker.

A very unprofessional team with no quality of support at all

The worst customer service … i didn’t receive my order and they refused to send back my money. And the customer service has nothing to do!!!

Last 4 times I ordered from this app , the order late from 30 minutes to more than that and it came with wrong items , and the support is very weak

Doesn’t support locations in the heart of the city!!

ابليكيشن غبي ، حصل معايا عدة مشاكل من خلال الطلب فيه لا انصح باستخدامه

The app is well put and does what it's needed for but the aesthetics are getting too old also a HUGE RED FLAG is the sheer number of pop-up ads that pop in your face all the time while using the app makes me seriously think of deleting it now!! Please remove the pop-up ads things so the app experience can be usable at least. Thank you.

كذا مرا اطلب والفلوس تتسحب من الفيزا والمطعم مايوصلوش علم بالاوردر بتاعي واقعد مستني بالساعات محدش يتواصل ومش بعرف ان الاوردر ماوصلش المطعم الا بعد ساعات انتظار لما اتصل اتخانق معاهم موقف اتكرر كذا مرا مع كذا مطعم مختلف ومابيرجعوش يتواصلو ويقولو ان في عطل او مشكله لازم افضل منتظر بالساعات وقدامي عداد وهمي بيقولي ان الاوردر اتحرك وهيوصلك في اي وقت وهو اصلا المطعم ماعندوش علم بيه
