Amateurs unprofessional do not download

Terrible App. I downloaded some time ago and it didn’t work. Thought I would try again and it doesn’t work. Not all restaurants will allow you to place an order - even the ones next door! Talabat is a much more efficient app (didn’t think I would ever say that)….

الأسوأ في خدمة العملاء وبيتم خداع العميل باستمرار. قبول طلبات شراء بالأسعار المعروضة ثم رفض طلب الشراء و رفع الأسعار لنفس المنتج وعرضه مرة أخرى. وده بيتم كتييير جدا

The absolute worst service ever!!! I can honestly say I have not ordered food ONCE on this app without it being EXTREMELY late or they take my money and the food never shows up and you have to wait weeks for a refund!! You really need to do better considering you have the widest variety of restaurants on your app. And for restaurants, please please sign up to TALABAT instead. It is a shame that I can’t order from my favourite restaurants because I have to avoid using the only app they’re on.

But crashes a lot and requires reinstallation often in order to work properly

Beautifully designed app with a simple and elegantly designed UI. However, I've had it for 3 days now trying to place orders and something always seems to be glitching. First day I couldn't add any items to my basket. Second and third day an error message keeps being displayed when I try pay by card.

Orders simply dont arrive and when they do they are usually 2 + hours late even if the restaurant is 200 meters away from you. If the order comes on time its usually because the restaurant itself is delivering it. Anytime an Elmenus courier is involved, rest assured you will go hungry. On top of all of this, the application will assure you that your order has been delivered as you remain orderless and hungry.
