Unprofessional customer service !!!!!
EL MENUS application provides a dismal experience from start to finish. Despite promises of convenience, orders are consistently delayed without any communication or updates!!!
Customer service is shockingly unprofessional and unhelpful, offering no solutions or compensation for late deliveries or incorrect orders!! What's worse, there seems to be no accountability for the restaurants, as repeated issues go unresolved by the app.
Save yourself the frustration and order directly from restaurants instead!!!!

طلبت اوردر و للاسف وصل بعتاب شديد من سائق الدليفري كيف اطلب الطلب الساعه ٣ صباحا و هوه كان بيغير عشان يمشي و زعلان جدا انه وصللي الطلب عموما شكرا جزيلا على الخدمه السيئة و سد النفس عن طريق اسطولكم موصل الطلبات

I hate the app. It’s disturbing to use. It’s hectic. It’s not friendly. I can’t sort shops that I need using different attributes. Your app is a mess to say the least.

Incapable of solving problems related to orders
If you have a problem with your order their customer service is terrible. They kept promising me for 2 hours that someone would come over to pay me. It’s a good service if everything goes well but if you face a problem the customer service is terrible.
Not delivering right now !
Why do you show the restaurants if they are not delivering right now ! And I only find out when I’m checking out after wasting my time choosing dishes !
