My food didn’t arrive and the live update is not working
- After ordering, the status didn’t change from “Placed - order sent to restaurant” for 30 minutes. I had to call the restaurant to check if they were preparing my food (I don’t know if this was because the restaurant didn’t click “confirm” or the fault of the app). - My food didn’t arrive even though the app said “Delivered” - I used the help center chat to solve the above problem. At first they seemed happy to check, but then he passed it onto another person who’s supposed be in charge and this another person never contacted me. - I couldn’t find a way to contact the driver unlike other apps.
