Apps is pretty bad in ui interface needs important changes like talabat

I tried to reach customer service to submit a complaint regarding my last order payment , unfortunately i couldn’t reach them through application or website.

i cant pick anything when choosing between regular/spicy/sides/sauces in prego restaurant and theres no add to basket button in the first place lol

I’m super disappointed, these people doesn’t know how to deal with people using their application and they treat them very bad, they gave me my order late (3 hours late) and it was a wrong order and it came cold, and when I told them about my concern they did nothing, they just kept on ignoring me and when they finally called me they didn’t do anything and then they hung up the phone while I was talking, they have the worst service ever and this application must be removed from the AppStore, because AppStore doesn’t need trash applications like this one.

After last update application is giving error message “internet connection” you didn’t seem to be connected to internet, please check your internet connection. There is no internet connection problem and all other applications work normally. Kindly correct communication problem.

Your constant popups that cover the search bar or large portions of the screen make me feel like i am back in 2005 after having installed 10 different tool bars on the browser. It’s bad design and makes the experience feel cheap and like a knockoff of other food ordering services. I shouldn’t feel like your app needs an adblocker.
