It’s hard work but just shows how much it’s required! It’s very easy to use and you can feel that it’s working - highly recommend as worth every penny!
I was sceptical at the outset as to whether the Elvie trainer would work or whether I’d lose interest but a couple of months in and the improvement is clear and I’m still exercising regularly! Excellent!
I’ve tried many ways to improve my stress incontinence over the last 5 years but they have all been lengthy exercises and not shows great results. I’ve been using this for 2 months, doing 3 quick 5 minute workouts per week and I’ve already seen a great difference. I’ve even been able to start running without any leaks.
This little device and app guides you to progress and helps you keep motivated. You can see your progress and feel the difference
Really disappointed as I have emailed and no response
I’ve been training with Elvie since December and after 4 months the results are significantly. I don’t think I would do the exercises without out
I’m 45 and my bladder control started to get worst once I turn 41 and for a few years I thought I would have to just except it but then I started looking around for something to help. I would 100% recommend this product. I used it the first couple of months 4/5 times a week and it takes about 2 months to feel the difference so be patient. I have found that you need to keep on using it regularly to feel the difference continue. I was finding before I used it a bit of pee would come out if I needed the loo on the way to the bathroom I know can hold it in. If I sneeze/cough randomly a bit of pee sometimes come out still but most the time using the trainer I have got that back into control.
I love the look, the brand is beautiful and the idea is fabulous. Thank you to the founder and the team. The connectivity is an issue, however. I often go though the efforts of getting the trainer in the position: then the connectivity takes forever, I start to doubt is it me, the battery, the app.. Once the trainer is there you just want to get on with it.
I don’t want to knock it because it is the only thing on the market and it works but it could be a lot better. I have been using it for 18 months + 1. Connection time takes forever 2. Why can’t the exercises roll from one to the next instead of having to constantly press start/go? ‘Do you really want to start?’ ‘Would you like to start the next exercise now?’ ‘Are you sure you want to start the next exercise?’ And if your phone rings in the middle you are right back to the beginning. 3. It is sooooooo boooooring when you do it every day. The exercises could be much more varied which would make it more interesting. I know them also well now I can do them without the device 🥱
