Amazing, a life saver

This app is unbelievable. Since starting it (I’m 10 years postpartum) I have regained so much strength in areas that I didn’t even know existed, which I had lost after having babies and then - especially - having ovaries removed preventatively. I have also regained hope that I will function normally again! Prolapse was really dragging me down and pelvic floor PT wasn’t helping. I’ve since switched pelvic floor PT to another person which has helped, but I would not be where I am now without the app’s exercise and education. I’ve sent the app to several friends that are pregnant and hope they have the wisdom to use it. I wish I had had this when I was pregnant but am grateful for it now. Also, as exercise programs go, I think it rivals anything else strength-based, barre, etc. that’s available, but it has on top of the rest 1:1 consulting with one of the app developers AND the assurance that the program you’re using is prolapse safe (when marked as prolapse safe). The prolapse safe workouts leave me feeling VERY worked out but also totally fine w/ respect to prolapse. I also love how functional the workouts are. The designers know what your day/night looks like - plenty of hefty lifting and wrangling young ones. Their movements help you build body-wide strength functionally so that you can do everything you need to do to function as a human superpower (we all know mothers are superpowers). A couple other things I love - unlike the majority of other exercise programs out there, 1. there is no music in the background so you can hear what’s being instructed clearly (if you want music, you can play your own) and 2. there’s no overdone excitement and endless chit chat. It is simply: here is how to do the move, remember to exhale and engage the pelvic floor and abs here, well done. In my experience, exercise programs that distract you from the movements by never stopping talking and playing loud music and shouting over it keep you from concentrating on form, and form/breathing are vital to preventing injury. This app has a calmness to it that appeals to the VERY busy mom who already has plenty of hectic background noise in her life. I initially imagined I would use this app to get me past the weakened pelvic floor stage and then move on but it’s clear that I can continue using this indefinitely.

This app is such a game changer! I used it throughout my pregnancy and now postpartum. It helps me stay active even when I have a restless baby attached to me. And the monthly zoom call gives the ability to have one on one chats with the creators of the app to have any questions answered!! This has been such a support for me throughout the crazy journey of motherhood.

Amazing app! This app is incredibly well rounded with educational segments and a multitude of workout options customized for pelvic floor safety, c-sections, etc. My only regret… not finding it sooner!
