Whenever I can’t find a size or brand I want in the store End is where I turn. Super reliable and great customer service. Tbh I do most of my clothes shopping here now as the return policy is very good.
Worst shop ever
-I paid more for shipping still gets here late -Custom fees of half the amount of my item that were never mentionned -The item is for women and not mentionned on the site
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS APP
I bought sth for my friend's birthday and I counted on the arrival time. However,after not receiving the item and sending them many emails,they send a long email that they don't have the item in their storage 🙃 today is the birthday and I don't have any gifts in favor of this horrible app!
Avs problem
Trying to put my credit card on the app but the error AVS keep popping up and i doubled check my shipping address and billing address already and they are all correct. I dont know what to do with it anymore.
App discount
Could not use 15% off code, kept getting error message. By the time it was resolved with customer service, I was told the code expired.
Nice choixes
I buy from END for the 3rd time even if i can not k ow how much customes gonna cost me i DO why because they send you a nice packqging a well folded clothes and they thank you for the purshase in person by a card last time it was an employee called james but the first time the employee did not mention his name on the thank you card
Borders duties and taxes
If you live outside of UK don't order from this company because when your order arrives at your country borders you will receive a duty and taxes fee which is derived from how valuable your items is. According to this company, they say they have it mentioned in their Terms and Agreements that the customer has full liability over paying customs, duties, and taxes. However, they do not make it clear during checkout that there will be these fees. My girlfriend ordered me a pair of shoes for $289.80 and the duties and taxes that she needed to pay was $105.10 to FedEx. Almost half of the value of the item. It's insane!
Raffle is a waste of time/crazy markup
Must’ve entered over 50 of them and never won. I found other places to enter raffles and actually win. Other apps also offer the same clothing, most of the time buying straight from the brand has saved me shipping and customs fees. This app isn’t bad, there’s just others that are much better for my uses. Also the markup on products is absolutely ridiculous 850$ for a 550$ jacket.
Best clothing app
Nice design, helpful customer support and most of all, the best line up of brands. Cannot find better clothing apps. Have been using for a year and no problems whatsoever. My fashion cannot be completed without END.
