I love the things you have but the app got so many problems. 1. When I add to favourites the thing could appear there after several entries only. 2. When I add to favourites from the card the search frequently returns to start. 3. Loading of the card is slow. 4. Can’t go to Brand search from card that is so common for apps like this. And usually I don’t understand what brand it is. Sometimes i find good piece and want to look for all the things of this brand.

Absolutely horrific shopping experience in this store. I ordered sneakers and a sweatshirt, the delivery cost 25 euros. In the end, they sent a package through Fed Ex with only one sweatshirt, even though the sneakers are still listed as available on the site. Then the equally horrifying customer service starts. I demanded to cancel the order and make a refund, because I absolutely do not need the delivery of one sweatshirt for 20+ euros, especially without the sneakers. Grace from customer service said that the product has passed the point of no return (surprisingly, considering their support takes several days to respond, what could go wrong during this time?), and she suggests me to return the product AT MY OWN EXPENSE! Naturally, there can be no question of any refund of delivery cost! Are you guys even sane? Moreover, Grace said, ignore that the sneakers are available on the website, it's not true, and don't try to order them again, we won't send them to you! This already looks like a pure scam! I have never encountered worse service and support in my life. It's so terrible that I had to write a review, and moreover, post it on all possible review services where it is possible. Very, very disgusting.

bugs in sign in and account recovery, error message handling poor, checkout process adds huge amount of unnecessary friction, etc. how is app so much worse under the hood?

It took me 20 tries to order a pair of shoes, having to reset password. Extremely irritating as I’m spending money with you.

Website is awful for glitches, they seem to have smoothed them out more here, still some glitches around searching as well as payment.

Credit card, debit card or PayPal. All payment methods are being denied due to error on the app. Needs to be fixed.

The app will make you start from the top every time you select a size of clothing for ex; when you sort pricing to High-Low, every time you back out of selecting a size of item, you will be sent right to the £5,000 Gucci jacket at the top of the search. I can’t be bothered to keep scrolling all over again, throughly annoying.
