Ho ordinato un parka per 1400 euro, alla dogana in Italia mi serviva una specie di certificato, visto che la piuma è naturale, ho scritto all'assistenza, non hanno risposto, ho chiamato due volte, hanno detto che avrebbero contattato il corriere e invialo, alla fine non hanno inviato nulla, la giacca è stata rispedita nel Regno Unito, in qualche modo non hanno voluto risarcire la loro colpa, devo aspettare il rimborso, che è stata colpa loro, anche un rimborso , Avevo bisogno della giacca per un viaggio in una stazione sciistica, ora non avrò tempo di ordinarla da qualche parte, irresponsabile!

Ho ordinato una maglietta di Stussy giorni fa e non si sa dove sia finita! Il limite di consegna è datato 8 Marzo e oggi è già 13 Marzo! Oltretutto, ho inviato numerose email, chiamato il numero d’assistenza e provato a mettermi in contatto via chat con gli operatori, ma nulla... nessuno di questi mi ha mai risposto o si è reso disponibile. L’unico fattore che salva quest’app è la facilità di uso e l’ampia varietà di materiale presente!
