Disappointing Delivery service. Took forever to receive my order to Singapore, and all they say is it’s not their fault. First, and definitely the last time I will get anything from there.

The price discrepancy between the app, the emailed billed & the actual bill is confusing. Not to mention the app closes every now and then while you are scrolling.
App kept closing while scrolling
App kept closing while scrolling down to browse for more products. Happened many times though app was the latest. (Pls my phone was the latest lol)

Wrong size received
Just received a wrong size for my CDG converse and customer support don’t do anything as well. Why should I have have to bear the cost of returning when the company is the one at fault (gave me a wrong size). There are other better platforms to buy out there. Don’t use this app. U can’t even download their returns form.
Wrong items all the time
Twice I’ve placed an order on their site (not even during their sale period), twice the items shipped were completely wrong. Only the orders for the one time I won the bid for their “end launches” so far have gone smoothly. It’s super bizarre and I’ve never before encountered an e-commerce site shipping incorrect items so frequently. When contacting the customer service they took 11 days to come back with a reply. Just all out wouldn’t recommend this platform unless you like opening your parcel and finding a complete surprise.
Payment
Payment has issues and all cards rejected. Guess I’ll just buy from Farfetch. Useless app
Wide range of fashion collection
Amazing range from top to bottom to accessories to jewellery collection… high end and branded fashion portal with simple to use interface… highly recommended online store !!!
