I put money into my eToro Money account, but I haven't been able to use it for trading or make any withdrawals. It's been a month and 5000 euros is still stuck there. The support team is reviewing my case and promising a refund, but after a month of following up, I still haven't received it. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service.

The app is a disgrace. It does not work. Tried to verify my account. Didn’t work waste of time energy deleted it after 20 minutes. Customer service does not respond.

I have finally found an app that makes enjoyfull to learn investing and track the market. I have tried several ones but after got used to this I have just addicted. Now can’t wait it to see improve even more. Btw dark mode would be nice.
