Worst drop off service at Vienna airport
Arrived at drop off area in Vienna Airport and the guy asked to park the car (normally) keep in mind by normal parking he means side parking!!!! I wanted to make u turn to park normally he started shouting what are you doing then approached the car and asked rudely to get off the car I refused because my wife was in the car then he showed exactly where to park . I noticed he was laughing with his colleague after shouting trying to make fun of me . Another guy came to take the key and to Check the car I asked about a docoumet was given to me on pick up day he was not willing to help at all answered me I don’t know . I don’t recommend this company to anyone most reviews complaining about racism.
Bad update
It’s showing the rental office’s far away from the airports in many locations
Useless
I’m in Bangkok and I can’t get a booking with this thing.
Bad experience
The app always crashes down and makes the account unusable. Moreover the last time I’ve used it it completely disabled my account and till now no solutions found from the Europcar IT team. Finally when trying to update a phone number or else it says “ooops something went wrong
