Please be ready for no reason cancellation of reservation

Just providing with comments that your driving license is not accepted by the “system”, w/o any check with service desk.

Bad drive123

Impossible to register the credit card for 3 days. Then you cannot use the check in with the app.

Not useful

-Reservations made via my PC don’t show up on this app until AFTER the rental is completed… -Only one previous booking is shown?.? -I can’t see my membership status via the app. -I continue to have connection issues with the polyp ‘Oops something wrong happened. Try again later’ I’ve never used the app for making a reservation so not comment on that feature. All these issues encountered on an iPhone14 plus with the app version 6.5.4

Whilst the booking functionality works, embedded help does not work-needs update

Booking functionality works well, however help functions and support does not work. The last two bookings were not credited to Europcar privaliges loyalty scheme. So accessed the help function yo follow up. This links to an email address that no longer exists and to an FAQ that is completely blank.

Cant verify licence

App is ok, but it won’t verify my licence. First of all it’s says can’t extract data so I enter everything manually (except all fields were already completed). Then with a selfie it says “oops something happened. Try again later.” Despite trying later several times and even restarting the process, it fails to verify. Don’t include it in the app if this service doesn’t work!

Crashes

Scan and verification of driving licence does not work. The app crashes, when you try to use it.

Still bug on this app

The app seems to have a long term problem. The last two updates did not solve it. The bug is still there... A pitty for world on the move...

Cannot login

I wanted to try the app for the first time but I cannot log in. I have used the same email/driver ID and password combination that I use online but the app just gives the message: Email/Driver ID and/or password are invalid.
