Europcar has lousy service, awful customer support, and awful application. Has a lot of experience with other car hire providers, any of them a head higher than Europcar and much more customer-oriented, especially Sixt!

У меня водительское удостоверение выдано в 2008г, без срока истечения. Приложение пишет что это неправда и не продолжает регистрацию…. Печаль
Что сайт, что приложение отбивают желание что-либо тут бронировать
Хотела забронировать авто, скачала приложение. Почти на каждом этапе регистрации возникают ошибки, приложение работает очень и очень плохо. В итоге решила зарегистрироваться через сайт - получилось. Но залогиниться в приложении с теми же данными не получилось, письмо с восстановлением пароля тоже не приходит. Словом, спасибо, пойду к другому ренталу.
Очень плохо
Невозможно ни регистрацию пройти ни залогинится. Какой смысл в приложении. Если им нельзя пользоваться. Увольте своих программистов и найдите нормальных.

Обман и мошенничество на каждом шаге, даже спустя 3.5 месяца!!!
Будьте внимательны, эта компания обманывает как со стоимостью, так и со списаниями. 1. Цена, указанная при бронировании — только одна из цен. 2. Сумму, которую бронируют на карте, возвращают с очень, очень большим опозданием, и удерживают с нее порядка $170 за 7 дней — якобы за какую-то дополнительную страховку, это при наличии страховки и возвращенной машины с полным баком и без каких либо проблем вообще. 3. Вишенка на торте — списание €137 с карты спустя, внимание, 3.5 месяца после возврата машины!!! Оказывается, пришел штраф на 36 евро. Что они делают? Они списывают ОПЯТЬ полную стоимость аренды плюс штраф. И потом, когда-нибудь потом, придет возврат той суммы, которая была списана за аренду изначально, без штрафа. 4. И самое прекрасное. Никаких бумаг о штрафе, никаких данных о штрафе, ни даты, ни города, ни времени, ни номера квитанции, они не предоставляют. То есть сам факт наличия штата, мягко говоря, весьма и весьма сомнителен. 5. Техподдержка лжет. Я писал письмо по поводу всего вышеперечисленного, и получил отписку — информацию о штрафах не предоставляем. Это все! Если хотите решить мой вопрос — проный возврат всего, списанного спустя 3 месяца, или информацию по штрафу в 36€, включая номер квитанции, дату, время и место, и немедленный возврат всей суммы, снятой еще раз кроме штрафа — около €100. Cannot log in
Managed to make a reservation at website (which wasn’t easy) but could log in in the app. Bad soft
Double deposit
Deposit supposed to be 300 eur Which I paid in this application But when I came to the desk later that day they said that there was no deposit in the system and I had to pay 300 eur again. Now I am waiting for the europcar to respond no one responds calls and it is 7 days to email answer. What is wrong with the application.
