The game looked pretty cool on Facebook, some mindless. The game is nothing like that and is slow. Lost interest within 5 seconds.

These guys constantly rip people off and then play games with “support” to make it impossible to be able to get restitution. There is a host of extra charging and not delivering going on… and bugs with the software that remove functionality paid for by player eg removing troops made, or resources earned … these are never fixed…

After multiple emails and tickets over a full week I have not being able to get anyone from customer service to respond to me. During the pvp part of the game, a game bug caused me to permanently lose 3B powers worth of troops created through ingame rewards and purchase packs. I would avoid the game, due to developers releasing new material that doesn’t work and is broken. Their customer service apparently doesn’t exist or is a charade as no one replies to your email or tickets.

Where are all these challenges advertised? What level do they start at?

I had quit this stupid game. Costumer support is very poor. They never resolve any issues. Wast of money and time. Other players never let you grow. This game is just after your money.

So this game is only the advertised puzzle game for the first few minutes, after that it’s a pay to win clash of clans clone. False advertising.

Terrible support system, I recently had the game glitch out and cost me lots of resources. The support team sent me around and around in circles for about a month before saying they weren’t going to do anything. I’ve made plenty of friends and had heaps of fun otherwise but the support team is terrible. You also have to be able to spend half your paycheck to get anywhere in this game, no way to get ahead unless you want to dedicate years just to be somewhat powerful. The game itself does not explain very well how you actually build power meaning you’re going to have to go and search online for everything you want to know. Simply just don’t even bother downloading. Waste of money and time.

This game has crashed why

This game has been using false advertisements for years to draw in players with lies. I have effectively completed this game and can assure you there is no hint of any gameplay used in the adverts. You can read the reviews yourself, not the botted 5 star reviews, but the genuine 1 star reviews where the developers reply with a copy-paste response saying “you need to play more to do those games” or just straight up lying saying “the game is exactly like the ads”. This is a foreign company sinking thousands of dollars into false advertisements and review botting to get people to play a game that could have used that money for it to be even remotely enjoyable. STAY AWAY!!
