Love it!
I really like the app and since I have it, I do a lot more workouts than before.
I really like that you get new routines according to your pregnancy week. I found, so far, all exercises were doable for me with the growing belly. I feel much better now that I exercise regularly than before, it helped with back pain and the stretching tummy.
I love that I can listen to the music I want and that the app does not have its own.
Some exercises may need a bit more explanation. I had a few I didn't understand fully with just the video.
What I would wish for is that you can tell the app what equipment you have. Some exercises need things I don't own so I have to skip a few exercises - because I'm not buying all the things.
But other than that I'm super happy with the app and I think the price is worth it (I paid annually instead of monthly - much cheaper!)
It’s okay..
Tried it for a few months but I just didn’t find the workouts fun.. the app isn’t really engaging and the instructions are not always clear. For me it felt like there was a lot of unnecessary awkwardness with some movements and transitions. It’s hard to get in the zone when you have to keep going back and tapping ‘next’ on your phone or device. I also prefer timing each exercise in stead of counting reps.
There is a ‘flexibility’ portion but there is no stretching or warm-down that seems relevant to the movements in the work out (i.e. to prevent feeling stiff the next day.)
The pelvic floor stuff seems important so I would say that is something of value.
Maybe it’s just not for me 🤷♀️ I hope this review is helpful for the developers to keep refining the format.
