This app has been so valuable and beneficial to me as I worked out right up until the day before I went into labour and now prioritising my recovery postpartum. I truly believe this programme helped me both mentally and physically going through a long labour. I felt strong the whole time and I’m so grateful for how accessible the app is. How to lift safely in pregnancy!
Before pregnancy I ran and lifted regularly at a competitive level. This app has been the guide I needed for continuing to lift safely through pregnancy for a strong birth and postpartum. It has given me the peace of mind that I am doing “enough” to prepare for birth and maintain my strength.
Truly phenomenal
This app has made me stronger in ways I thought might not be possible after 2 pregnancies. With my second preg, started following the app since day 1 and it has made my delivery easier and postpartum recovery easier. The first thing to help my third tri pain
I have used this program for all 3 babies, but with baby #3 I started having bad SI joint pain. I saw a pelvic PT for weeks and nothing helped… until I started training with this app. It truly focuses on strengthening the right muscles to relieve pregnancy aches and pains!
Best Pregnancy/Postpartum Workouts!
I’ve made my way through almost the entire expecting and empowered app at this point and can confidently say I love almost everything about it. After the birth of my second, I started in on and completed the full realm of postpartum workouts, from early to advanced, the core workouts, and the return to running program. My son had just turned two in May when I finished up working through these and I can so confidently say my strength, my confidence, my balance, and my overall happiness and wellness was increased as a direct result of working through these programs! I also lost over 50 pounds and felt so, so good in my postpartum body! The only thing I haven’t worked through yet is the pregnancy guides, but stay tuned- after we found out about our third coming in May, I jumped right in and am almost done with the first tri workouts. I so recommend this app and all of the programming!
