I need to be able to submit to my finance dept

Used to work

The buggiest app you will use. It’s very user UNfriendly.

Difficult to use

I found it too difficult to use, and I am an accountant. It’s trying to do too much.

2FA crashes your app

I can’t sign in anymore once I sign in with gmail it crashes and resets.

Clunky and a great way to lose receipts

Receipts go in but it can be very hard to ever find them again.

Expenses tracker and organiser

Using this app for four years now. Can’t begin to calculate how much time it’s saved me and also all those rats and mice expenses I’d never have claimed had I not had this app. An essential! (Wish they had more euro banks for credit card reconciliation though!)

Language

As an International Sales manager, I continuously find different meanings across countries. I believe Expensify has the same challenges. I do not understand some of the Americanisms - it would be great to put a very short note in brackets beside them. I am not clear can I have 2 accounts within my account 1) for Cash due 2) all others are through the business card Not comfortable with sharing bank account I intend to review at month end. Any feedback on the above would be great Denis

Good to submit receipts with but no approval functions

I can’t approve expenses on this app- it’s highly frustrating. Besides that’s it’s good for submitting expenses- it would be 5 stars for me if it had approval functions

Would be lost but for this app and desktop tool. Super easy to either manually scan or Smartscan. Really great business tool to keep track of things.
