試用期七天很順暢然後充了年費，之後就很難連上了，連app裡面的help功能都發不上去，只好來這邊發表意見了
Ridiculously wrong geographical understanding
I would like to ask why the domain in Taiwan cannot connect to Google? This is unreasonable. I downloaded VPN not to circumvent the firewall, but to protect my personal information. But if you are a manufacturer that cooperates with the People's Republic of China, then I am sorry that I can only Choose another VPN. Taiwan is a democratic country with free speech. We don’t need to self-isolate from the browsers we usually use.
完全没法用
去年用台湾朋友账号在台湾开通后，在大陆没法用一整年加起来使用时间不到一周。也无法和客服联络，浪费了一整年的费用，昨天凌晨突然想用自己苹果账号购买一年份的，结果也是完全不能用，麻烦的要命，不登入VPN就无法和客服联系，透过台湾朋友和客服取得联系之后，客服用邮箱给我信内容的链接也打不开，我现在就想退费太折腾了结果没法打开申请退费的网页，真愁人，已经浪费了一年费用了，那不成还要继续拖拉处理一年最后等着就这样到期吗

去了二週，只有一次深夜成功翻牆，後面任何時間都翻不了。翻不了牆，根本如同斷網，臨行前才買，結果大失所望！！

Too hard to connect in China
The application may connect in China two times monthly. The speed is very slow and can't support watching YouTube in China. Sometimes, I even can't get my email. I have used this APP for four years, I will not pay next year.
浪費錢！別用
為了在中國使用買了1年的plan，只有前面2、3個月好用，之後就開始完全無用，完全!!!!想辦法聯繫客服了也只會各種推託，真的別用，浪費錢而已
