App forcing me to pay

You’re forcing me to pay for the annual sub when I only agreed to the free trial.

Hopeless!!!

For the last 3 years or so, it works once in a blue-moon... I am not recommending this VPN to anyone living in China. It is a waste of money, time and effort. Keeps reconnecting, if connected, it doesn’t work just the same (connected but can’t open apps)!

Unable to create an acc

For some reason i cant create an acc i subcribed and it said Unable to create acc due to no internet but i had a great connection

Worst!

Had to manually select various locations multiple times a day just to be able to use it. Like literally doing it million times! Not worth of what I paid for. I need a refund if you can’t provide a reliable services!

In China VPN

If you’re in CHINA this VPN does not work! Asked for refund but they will rin you around in circles telling you you didnt make an account and they cant make the refund.

Doesnt work in China

I used the free trial to check if this was a good VPN app before paying for subscription. It worked on the first day. However, succeeding 6 days, it keeps saying reconnecting and keeps dropping connection. It is time consuming. Had to download another app.
