Consumers pay pretty decent money for this product; most of us work hard, aren’t rich, living paycheck to paycheck. When we invest our money and trust in a product, we appreciate having a phone number to talk to engineers, or experts when we have an issue. I am not sure if this is a universal product, but have CSA’s in each country to help us out.

Tried other companies and this is definitely the best (don’t even bother with the “free” ones). Worth the money.

Been using it for a week, and the connection gets lost every day. It is indefinitely loading when I try to sign in again, and doesn’t log me in. I use it for my desktop computer as well, and it works after I restart my laptop everyday. On one account, I even deleted this because my tech wouldn’t connect to my wifi anymore. This app doesn’t work in all countries. 6/10

The von is blocking all my internet on the phone where i cant use any application or browser unless the vpn is off!

I have had this app before and it worked beautifully and then life happens and I didn’t need it anymore. I was trying to watch a show recently and I was like let me renew my subscription. For whatever reason it is not letting me renew at all. I’ve logged out and back in. I un downloaded and re downloaded and still nothing

I have spent too much time trying to find out how to stop the auto renewal of my 12 month subscription. I have been with express vpn at least 4 years and I now wish to review before renewing but express vpn won’t let me. I went to App Store and evidently I did not sign up subscription there. So instructions say if not at App Store go to express vpn website, I did, I signed in, I went to every link for account. I can see how much I paid each year for renewal, I can see renewal date but there is no opportunity to uncheck auto renewal or ask b4 renewing or any option to change from automatically renewing a yearly subscription. I even tried their chat; to which there was zero response. When you put “stop auto renewal” in search for faq…nothing referring to stopping the auto renewal even comes up. So beware if you sign up for auto renewal. I guess I must complain to Apple as I see no other option if I get no answers or responses from Express VPN themselves. Very disappointed especially after being a long time customer.

After the last updates, it’s becoming horrible every time the phone changes network it’s not connecting anymore. You need to go and update your IP manually every single time. This is really annoying and if it’s not gonna stop, I will stop my subscription.

I have use it now for almost 5 years never let me down great job.
