this company steals the tip, this company is an order transfer company this company does not have drivers for deliveries, it transfers the orders to the delivery company and the tips remain with the company it does not pass them on to the drivers, this company stole 90$ from the tip that the customer gave me, but the company did not transfer the value of the tip to the drive!! please don't use this app anymore they are corrupt and dishonest!!!!

I’ve been using EZ cater for years and have been very happy with their service. They are always pleasant and professional, and are quick to help resolve a problem if one comes up. Their options of places that cater come in handy, especially in towns that I’m not familiar with.

I have used this app several times and it works great! Sends me updates and reminders and so many places to choose from!

This company truly knows what it means to put customers first!! From their well-thought out processes that cater to what we as customers/sales reps need to being compassionate and taking accountability when things don’t go as planned! That combination is rare for most businesses so BRAVO ATO EZCater!!

Needs better choices, restaurants giving delivery to 3rd party who take too many orders and mine end of being late. Giving points to a rep does not satisfy an office of hungry angry people.

I have had more late orders than I have had on time orders this is by far the absolute worst catering service I have ever used. I’ve been a user for 3 months now because of area demand and it has been the worst 3 months ever. Absolutely terrible customer service. Orders are always 30 minutes late. Restaurant and driver do not alert me or EZ Cater when they will be late. I have had to spend 30 minutes multiple times trying to track them down to see where the delivery was. You should have access to the restaurant you order from and not have to wait on EZ Cater to find them. There have been times where I am double charged and other times where I’m not charged for a month. I absolutely HATE this service and wish it was off the market.

EZCater is amazing and makes life easy . The best customer service I have ever dealt with!
