Déçu

Fastmail est mon provider mail préféré mais l’app mobile est désastreuse. De gros problèmes de chargement au démarrage qui force a redémarrer l’app sans parler que c’est tout simplement le site web embarqué, rien de natif…

Since the last update, the app seems broken

I’m on iPhone 12 Pro Max and the app no longer launches since the last update, event after reinstall.

Peut mieux faire

Les fonctionnalités sont (quasiment ?) identiques à la version web ordinateur. Et pour cause, l'application n'est qu'un portail vers celui-ci. Le problème qui se pose est le manque d'efficacité si la couverture réseau est faible. Beaucoup d'applications gratuites sont plus performantes. A ce prix, je m'attends à une application native, pas une application web. Avec 1 ou 2 barres réseau, accès aux e-mails (même anciens) devient quasiment impossible. Un grand dommage !

Non native app with poor system integration

It’s clearly a wrap around the web app. It’s pretty bad: navigation can be bizarre, no integration with the share sheet, no deep linking, text selection can be messy… Fastmail is not a bad service (even if their spam filter/system is an absolute disaster, the worst I’ve ever used by a long shot), but the iOS "app" is frankly lacking. But I have no hope they will go for a native app. I’m using the stock Mail app instead, and it does the job.

Bon service App moyenne

Fastmail est un super bon service, mais malheureusement l’application fait peu finie. Lorsqu’on essaye de faire un appuie long on se retrouve à sélectionner du vide plutôt qu’un mail. Les gestuelles ont aussi un peu de mal à prendre. On sent bien que l’on est sur une application non-native. En réalité la fonctionnalité est la même que sur la PWA exit des notifications. Pas le choix de l’utiliser si l’on veut faire usage des labels plutôt que des dossiers malheureusement. La meilleure des choses serait Apple mail mais avec des labels. Mais je sais que c’est impossible.

j’adore cette application, rien à reprocher. une fois le mois d’essai expiré, je prendrai mon abonnement et puis bye bye google et gmail intrusif à mort, vous n’aurez plus mes données !!

Very good, some tips to be perfect

I love fast mail. But the application needs more love: - offline access to email and notes - better integration with IOS - push?! - SIRI integration - a redesign would not be a luxe. Don’t get me wrong: it’s a great app.

Simple et efficace

Pour les utilisateurs de Fastmail, elle donne accès à quasi tous les réglages de la version web avec une interface simple et efficace. Surtout utile pour la partie préférences, puisque pour les mails, Fastmail a déjà intégré le push d'iOS :) Une app utile pour un fournisseur de boîte mail hyper efficace !

Bien mais pas top

Manque: intégrer la possibilité du multi-comptes, intégrer le support d'outils de gestion de mot de passe, ajouter la possibilité de gérer ses fichiers, etc...
