An excellent tool, that used to be a reasonable price. That I paid for. Now it’s very expensive on a SUBSCRIPTION model. There are times I may pay by the month for this, but certainly not continuously. If you can find another tool, then use that.
I think that the filmic developers changed biz model without announcement, I spent $25.99 one time payment purchasing the app, but developer broken violation of the principles of fair trade, As the developer, you have the right to change your business model, but you do not have the right to abandon customers who have already purchased your product without any explanation.
I bought the app some years ago with the so called cinematographer kit costing around 15 dollars at the time. Now, when I opened the app to my surprise, I need to pay a subscription to have access to the same things I already paid for. Also, you are forced to use a “legacy” one and the terms you’re obliged to accept being outside of EU is ridiculous. It is like pay for the food , than pay again to eat it. I hope karma finds you.

For starters, the tutorial video content reinforces my confidence in FilmicPro. I find the control interface to be responsive and intuitive. Presently I am in preproduction for using FP to shoot an 85 minute feature film.
