• When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.

purchased and now need subscription?

i was purchased filmic pro max version a lot of years ago, and that was no subscription plan, that was one time purchased forever, and now i need to pay every week or month? give me money back, or give me the pro version i was already purchased

Когда-то приобрел это приложение за деньги и спустя какое то время после обновления он просит у меня деньги чтоб я мог использовать видео отснятые в программе ?! Это наглость и беспредел !

Тільки купив програму, а вона оновилась і вимагає підписки. Не рекомендую!

Asks to pay more and more

After I have already purchased a lifetime subscription, the application requires me to pay again. 1 star forever to this app and shame to your marketers!

I paid for features and now they are not available

I paid for the app that is gone now, and it was moved to other app. This is crazy. Will not buy anything from this company ever.

Я купил приложение ( тогда оно покупалось на всегда ), и затем открыл все дополнительные функции за дополнительные деньги ( не временно а навсегда ) и теперь спустя год , половина купленных функций уже не доступна и приложение их предоставляет только за подписку ! Верните потраченные деньги!

Very bad

I purchased this app because of its promising features, but I'm deeply disappointed with its recent update. Previously, I had full access to all its functionalities, but after the update, these features were locked behind a subscription model. Now, it demands a monthly or yearly subscription to use what I had already paid for. This change is unacceptable and feels like a betrayal to early customers. I'm frustrated with this approach and cannot recommend this app to anyone due to these unwarranted and unfair changes.

Я пользовался вашей пред идущей версией которую приобрел v6. Сейчас вышло обновление v7.5 в котором я не могу воспользоваться всеми настройками камеры для того что бы оценить стоит ли мне покупать годовую подписку. Какому идиоту пришло в голову скрыть все настройки камеры за платной подпиской?
