I baught this app in 2020 and used it alot. No issues. Now when I open the app it wants me to subscribe and clicking on restore purchases says “nothing to restore”. How??? Suddenly all the functions I use and gad access to as I ALREADY PAID FOR IT, is now unavailable to me. What thievery is this? Very disappointed. Please recrify this ASAP!

Hello. I don’t like Subscription Models and I was wondering if you would consider a once off lifetime fee as you with your Legacy Model. I don’t mind paying a premium but I just don’t want monthly deductions. Thank you.
did a free trial and before my trial ended I cancelled subscription and it tried to take R2000 from my account even though I wasn’t trialing under that plan . It did this for months I was so angry , I hope it’ll never do it again
The footage from my IPhone 11’s native App is far better than the footage done in Filmic pro. Why is the footage in Filmic pro worse than the Footage done on the IPhone Native App?
So i bought this years ago and its awesome that we get to keep the paid version instead of the per month one, but the instructions to access it does not seem to lead anywhere

This company doesn’t love its users or stick by its promises, I bought this app early on, now they’re renamed it Filmic Legacy and trying to get you to buy a new version called Filmic Pro, the app I was promised for a once off purchase. Sticking with Mavis or Beastcam. They at least don't abandon you with a “legacy” branded app and try shake you down for more money.
Heard a ton about Filmic Pro and eventually took the plunge and bought the app. Right from the start I was plagued with compatibility issues regarding multiple, widely used mics and gimbals and couldnt use the app's (quite limited features) at all. Reached out to Filmic Support for answers or a refund and they very politely told me sorry, they weren't going to do anything. I'll never support this company again. Dont waste your money on this app.
