I got recommended this app because it Could record gyrodata and film in log. What i didn’t know was that it costed 12 dollars a week! And yes you could use it for free, but that is only a 1 week free trial so that you have to sign up for a subscription. I will never get to know if the app is good because you can’t do anything without paying.

When using the different cameras there’s a strange “movement” of the lens when moving the phone. You should check it out!
They sold a product with promise of perpetualt updates, and then abandoned that product and their promises. A bunch of thieving liars.
So lately I was recording a hand craft project of 120 hours (obviously didn’t record it all) but the last and obviously crucial video was the final of the project. Guess what, Filmic gave me a corrupted video file. After a lot of hassle they suggested trying an online service to recover the video. It’s true that worked, whiteout audio though.. but if I wanted the the recovered file, I had to pay around $72.- So this year filmic has cost me around $135 unless it happens again.. but not sure I trust using the app again for project in case of more corrupted files.. As paying the subscription, I think we should expect more for a so called Pro app.. and when searching a little, it’s obviously not a new problem, but they seem to put priority to fancy buttons before a working Pro app.
I had bought the app and one day it decided to hold my footage hostage and asking for a weekly fee to get it out of the app. This cost us an interview. I was told to use a “legacy” version of the app to get all functionality, but having tested it for some less important tasks, it often freezes during recording and the footage is lost completely. If you are looking for a “pro” app, I urge you to look elsewhere.
At that price it's out of the question! Shame as it was a good app but not worth it when there are so many good ones out there for free..
The new price plan have to be a joke. You can rent a Sony A9 or A1 for this price. The app isn’t really that great for this extremely priced plans. I hope it’s something wrong with the digits. I should have been 10x cheaper.
6,5 USD every week? It’s crazy! Is it like this only in Europe ?
Heating up my iPhone, draining the battery. Reticles often not visible, increase line width. Missing settings when leaving app etc.. No support for actual phone gimbals such as Smooth Q3. I do not need whatever cloud service, just an app for taking video.
