Finnair

As a traveller, the #1 feature is check-in. When it fails twice, I can only give 1 star. Maybe it works sometimes, but this essential feature should be used every time. And the shift to browser with Amadeus is just the opposite of user friendly.

I gave all information and pressed JOIN nothing happened forever. Crap.

This is probably the best app i have. Really shoutout to the coders on this one. Everything is elegant, nicely done and with great functionality. Would hope that all buisnesses had put this much effort into their apps

However great this app may be I will never know because I am required a "plus" membership just to check in on a flight. I guess my feedback is that you should know people are already tired of their 100 logins all over the place. Even though it sounds like a small effort to create an account, I am unwilling to to that because I am not that interested in your company, only my flight and my check in.

I don't understand why I have to open account and log in to check such a simple things like ticket price. :( I can do it easily w SAS app. I don't have to create any accounts.

So Finnair chose to put all the functionality behind a signup for their Finnair Plus club. I'm not gonna do that just to check in. Had to use the website. Not a big deal. Just unnecessary. Will choose other airlines whenever possible.

Med mindre du har lyst til at melde dig ind i en klub, kan Finnairs app ikke bruges til noget som helst. Du kan ganske enkelt overhovedet ikke gå ind i den.

If you try to check in on a booked flight you get the message: “No network connection” despite having full internet coverage via WiFi! Really? Is this the best you can do?

Not a bad app, but it keeps logging me out… very annoying
