Worst airline services
Taking customers for granted. Poor service
Our flight from Bangkok - Helsinki was delayed for more than a hour after boarded, we have to run to catch the connecting flight and our luggage was delayed for two days.
Here is the surprise waited for us after two days returning with broken luggage and all these happened in 15th Oct 2022 and our case have resolved.
I can give you all the details need that we registered a case in finnair so they know about this.
Think before you use finnair services.

Very solid
It's a great app in comparison to other airlines. The only flaw is lack of passbook compatibility inside the app. (Even though it is present on the website)
