Simple and clean UI. No extra clutter. Best airline app I have used.

Never mind. I figured it out.
Crashing
The app doesn't open. It crashes in every attempt.
Extremely bad concept
App demands login for even the simple task of getting a boarding card. And it won't let you create an account atm, there's an "error". Meaning unless you go to your pc and create an account (which hopefully doesn't give you any error messages), you can't integrate Finnair into your mobile travel experience. Remember: k-i-s-s. And make entry easy.
Nice design, but totally useless
I am logged in and I can see my Plus points and name. That's it! It cannot find my current bookings. If I manually add it by ref.nr. it find it, but never remember it. Thumbs down!
Horrible - requires log in
This is just completely unnecessary, and there's no good reason that the app should require you to have a Finnair Plus account in order to manage a booking. I'm a frequent flyer with American Airlines and use their frequent flyer program, but I still have bookings with Finnair. Now I have no way of using this app and get a mobile boarding pass. Finnair should learn from the apps of American Airlines and British Airways.
You keep logging me out and locking me out
Not a bad app, but it keeps logging me out… very annoying
Bug ridden but otherwise good
Having used the app now for I vacation I have to say that I’m shocked at encountering two different bugs. As a result, I would recommend using the website instead. Otherwise the app seems to be really good for my needs as an infrequent traveller. Bugs are as follows: 1. During check in the app refused to save my personal information (phone and email). I had to use the website instead. 2. During the flight back I considered switching seats, but ended up not doing it. When boarding I had to resolve my seating because I had supposedly not paid for the seat switch. However, the app was telling me that I had checked in with my original seat.
Checked baggages never came
Flight wast delayed and half of my flights passengers didnt get their checked baggages including me. I will choose some other airline in the future.
