Frustrating service that you wait ages to receive
Whenever I need to contact you about something, not only do I wait sometimes over an hour to speak to someone, but invariably the information given is incorrect or I am told differing answers by differing people. It is exhausting and frustrating. Your website is more complicated than it needs to be and customer service is often rude. I suspect this is from exhausted employees dealing with angry people all the time who have to wait hours to talk to someone, despite your constant message of saying your call is important. Perhaps with all your profit you could hire more staff to address the volume of calls. There are obviously not enough given wait times! Even leaving a review you make difficult by asking for a nickname ad then rejecting every option offered. It’s like you don’t really want anyone posting anything! Why would that be?
Terrible app. Makes banking difficult.
Will be moving to another bank this app is so painful to use.
This is the UK virgin money app
This is for UK customers not Australian customers. It’s in the Australian store alongside another Virgin money app. Would be good to make it more obvious which one to download for Australian customers as I know someone else who also downloaded this UK only version in Australia.
