Decent with 1 major design flaw on the mobile app
Decent app but contains one major design flaw. On the mobile app, it doesn’t support international keyboard so one can’t fill out the quiz answer. Workaround is to open a separate app like notes, type out the answer then copy and paste the answer. Very annoying.

Crashed after 1st video and (as per usual with these trial periods) they make it impossible to cancel.
Scam
Won’t let you delete your account, no matter how many times you try. Cancelled free trial and want to delete my account. Keeps coming up with an “error” message.

Pretty lame video and it doesn’t work as advertised
The video approach I thought would be good, but the video is pretty simple. There’s no pauses to practice pronunciations, and the video doesn’t tell you to say what you hear. The part of the lesson that you are supposed to speak in didn’t work. It just says it can’t hear you and offers a try again option (never worked with many try’s). I did check to make sure the app had mic access and it did. No help at all could be found online and the chat bot says it will get back to you in 1 - 2 business days. Don’t waste your time on this one, there’s plenty of other language apps that work. Right now I’m on a trial with Pimsleur and it has been great so far. And the mic has no problem hearing me.
Thievery
I cancelled my two free weeks, but was charged $137 anyways for a yearly subscription.
Infuriating, limited, slow
The videos often fail to load then the app wants you to spend your time logging all the bugs. Do your own work. I already paid to use the app. The advanced Spanish is basic.
