If you subscribe via iTunes: Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation of subscription

I wanted to cancel my subscription during the free period. Unfortunately, I cannot because I do not have the application in the subscription list. I previously accepted the trial period.

Small number of videos for Portuguese

Not enough Portuguese videos

Overpriced

I’ve been using free trial of this app and here are my thoughts. Since I’m on advanced level of learning Chinese I found this app pretty helpful, because it has a lot of higher-level vocabulary and phrases. However the app interface is sooo old like 2010’s, the clips takes ages to load and it doesn’t let you review specific words you want to review, you just have to wait until the app decide it’s the time for you to review these words… I think I would pay for this app like max 10 bucks a month but 30 usd??? Nah, I’ll pass

Hi, I bought first time not free charge app. I have the same problem as person who wrote note before me. I tried to uninstal app but IT charge my card. How can I finished that? Thanks

I canceled my subscription and deleted the app but was still charged. I have requested a refund through your support and through apple support system. Someone needs to reply and process it immediately, this is unacceptable. It’s a fraud they just say they help but keep your money for no reason!!!
