Perhaps the most difficult and inefficient app to navigate

Useless waste of time.
We wasted hours trying to check in with this app, as it led us round and round in circles. Even now, after checking in manually at the airport, the app hasn’t realised that, it’s still asking me to check in, and is failing to give us any useful information whatsoever. An utter waste of time.

Never works, clunky, unnecessarily complicated, probably the worst app I’ve ever used in fact. Seems I can’t even post this review.
Clunky app
Downloaded the app (iPhone), tried to enter info to register as a Miles and Smiles member. Most fields won’t fill. Gave up.
The most useless app
I am not saying I am a computer programmer but I am competent and use several apps. This particular one takes you all over the place and keeps asking for user name and password to claim your miles. I give up
First time
This will be my first experience of Turkish Airlines (4 flights). I have read very good reviews and whilst I have yet to step onboard I have been impressed by the website. I find it relatively user friendly and easy to navigate.
WORST FLIGHT EVER
There was a time when this flight had a reputation but now they are greedy low cheep airline ! Begging for money at every point. Sniffing money out form everyone at every opportunity possible! Changing flights without informing and no cancellation ! Worst never again !

Changed my seat without any consultation so my wife and I are now apart. Appalling!
