The free version is limited to a 7 day food diary. You can still use this everyday but you can only see the present day and the past 6 days that you logged. The rest of your history gets deleted automatically. If you want to track a longer time frame, you have to upgrade to a paid version.

I love how easy it is to use to jot down your meal & it gives beautiful layout on how much food u intake in ur body. Ur being aware if it is healthy or not. I prefer capturing the photos & not being ahead of week which is premium (bc im using this as my food journal) i hope the time intervals r not limited bc not all people have same time of meal & snack and i hope it'll be more flexible bc snacking for 2-3 hrs daily is great than eating 3 meals a day
