I have been looking for an app that i can just track food and you do this by taking pictures, which it does and it’s not bad, but after a few days of the trial i stopped using it so decided to cancel the free 7 days, But i couldn't find the cancel subscription it says it tells you where it is but i couldn't find it, i've now paid £26.99 for an app that is on auto renewal a year that i probably wont use and can’t find the cancel button for, the £26.99 is also the basic price there are a few in-house purchase’s to add to the app i would have given this a great rating apart from not having easy access to cancel

So easy to use and shows you what you eat. I mainly use it when on holiday (Cruising) as it is flexible for the buffet or sit down dinning. I have also spoken to Mia one of the coaches and went through all of my questions she was very helpful.

Such is the ferocity of the advertising for the paid version of this, you can’t even use the free version. The pop ups for the paid version are a joke.

Great for chronic illnesses and allergies

As someone with MCAS, this app really has been a lifesaver. It’s so easy to just take a picture of what I eat and if I have an allergic reaction then I can just look back at what I ate and figure out what caused it. It’s also great for POTS since foods with a high GI can trigger symptoms. When I feel gross I can often match it up to looking at what I ate and think “oh it’s because I ate some white rice and bread in the same day” This app is also very ADHD friendly as I always forget what I eat but now I can look back at what I ate at lunch and make sure to have a different meal for dinner. I never leave reviews for apps since I often get bored or forget to use apps I download but I’ve had this app for nearly a year now and logged all my meals nearly every day. It makes it so easy to log food since all you have to do is just take a picture.

Super easy to use and locate around the app. Loved being able to take photos of all my meals and plan when I want to eat. Your also able to write useful notes about your meals.

Food journaling with SHYE has been an eye opening experience in many ways! Taking photos of my meals is so easy and liberating. (tell me who would love calorie counting?!) I love seeing all my daily meals at a glance at the end of the day. I also back to the past days for inspiration for cooking. Just to mention some of my favorite aspects. Try so you’ll see!
