FORM for you

Wanted to love the app since I generally like sami’s workouts, but the more videos I watch the more I realize her cues are bad. A lot of what she says doesn’t make sense either. Most of the time she just says things like “place your hands down” or “align those hips” but like where?!? Where do I place my hands? What do I align my hips with? Instructions are often unclear. Not to mention her weird phrases like “get some aqua” or “stand those feet up”…
