Can’t recommend Sami’s workouts enough

I love using this as my main workout app. Very user friendly and the workouts are great. I also appreciate that there is always new videos and programs coming out which keeps me on my toes. The only suggestions I would have is that I wish we can make our own playlists in the list section of the app. I love to categorize different workouts based off my individual needs rather than only rely on the programs and playlists provided. Also, I wish there was an indication that I have completed the workout. Some check mark to help me feel accomplished and avoid unintentionally doing the same workout again. It would also be cool if there was a streak on the app or some kind of record of all of the things accomplished. I find those stats quite encouraging and it gives me a better sense of where I am at in my fitness journey. I have absolutely no complaints about the workouts or recipes. I think they are fantastic and very user friendly. Can’t wait to see what’s next!!

Iv been using this app almost everyday since it came out (3ish maybe yrs) now. I just love it. Before my pregnancy I was in almost the best shape of my life. This app was the missing piece of my workout routine. So happy I found it.

I have tried so many apps since covid to get into weight lifting, to eat right, to really just overhaul my body composition. Those were fine but this app is fantastic! It’s easy to use, really helpful, all the demonstrations of everything are so easy to understand and you can really make it your on which is huge in advancing over time. So happy to have found this app!

Loving the format and the workouts! The app is also one of the better workout apps I’ve used, and I’ve used a lot! Feeling stronger even after a week or so
