Love it
I am in my early 40s and looking to do something new. I did a Barre App for several years and it was really hard on my back. Switched to Form a few months ago and really love the variety and being able to modify the movements based on if it’s affecting my back area with that specific move. I see muscles I have never seen before and feel longer and leaner. Sometimes I stick to the 5 day plan, when I have less time I find a quick 10-25 min class. Also love the videos based on a women’s cycle. I am probably a little older than most using the App, but you will not regret giving it a try for 7 days and you are hooked🩷
Exceeded Expectations!
Everything about this app is perfect! From the workouts& nutrition, to the aesthetic, music& community, Sami nailed it. Her workouts are truly one of a kind, my body has never felt so strong& lean!!
Best online workout platform!
I’ve tried so many platforms like this and for some reason this is the only one I feel motivated to show up for at least 3 days a week. I’ve been on it for about two months now and feel so much stronger - 10/10 recommend.
MY FAVORITE APP!
Honestly I’m so grateful for this app. I was in such a rut. All my go-to apps were so uninteresting to me. I really needed something that would challenge me and keep me interested and this is it. Equipment is minimal. Sam is a GREAT TRAINER. The music rocks. So so glad I found Form!
New user! Already obsessed!
I just downloaded Form last week and have already done a few workouts, a few meditations/affirmation videos and scoped out the nutrition recipes and needless to say… I’M OBSESSED. I feel like Form is my Roman Empire right now. Also listening to all the podcast episodes. I love Sami and Sami I feel like they’re one of my friends lol. I’m excited to continue the workouts and try out some of their other products. I feel every female needs to get on this Form train!!!
I love this app!
Not only are the workouts incredibly challenging but they are very rewarding. I do FORM workouts when I need relaxing and letting go. Not only is this app mindful but it provides you the confidence and strength through your consistency. I love the FORM FAM and how connected I feel to my body during these workouts.

Great App!
I just started using form and I love it!! Sami is so motivational and overall a great fitness coach. The app assigns workouts for every day in the week which I find super helpful. I would totally recommend this app for people who want to get into Pilates.
OBSESSED
I’ve tried all sorts of workout apps and FORM has truly been my favorite. The girls are so warm and informative, the workouts are effective and don’t leave you feeling burnt out instead you’re feeling strong and empowered. I LOVE the new strength program with Brynley - I’ve been wanting to get into lifting heavier and she makes it so easy and walks you through every workout so well!

I love doing the workouts, they’re perfect when you need something quick but also super effective. The only thing i would like is more beginner stuff especially with some harder pilates moves but overall 10/10!!!
