Perfectible
Bonne app dans l’ensemble mais perfectible. La liste de course est très pratique mais elle ne se remet pas à zéro de semaine en semaine. Il faut manuellement supprimer les recettes passées. On devrait pouvoir « élire » une recette pour chaque repas, et qu’elle s’affiche par défaut lorsque le programme de la journée s’affiche. Lorsque l’on sélectionne une recette alternative, elle s’affiche dans la liste des recette pour le repas en question. Cela dit, il arrive qu’elle en disparaisse sans raison. Manque de choix sur certains repas. Beaucoup de recettes se répètent aussi de semaine en semaine. Les instructions de préparations sont également parfois un peu avares en détails et semblent parfois incomplètes.
Je ne conseille pas
L’app n’a pas été mise à jour depuis plus de 2 ans.. c’est vraiment dommage je l’utilise tout les jours mais pour cette raison je ne conseil pas.
Pas d’information sur le gr de gras que vous ingérer par jour et souvent je suis largement supérieur à ma moyenne journalière dans les plats conseillés
Les aliments qu’on aime pas
L’appli devrait permettre à l’utilisateur d’éliminer des ingrédients que l’on aime pas et proposer des substituts.
Un peu décevante
Je pensais en m’abonnant que les 2 sites, sport et nutrition, fonctionnaient ensemble, que mes repas étaient adaptés en fonction de mon programme sportif, mais non, même s’il y a moyen d’ajouter un “work out” et obtenir une collation supplémentaire . De plus, on ne tient pas suffisamment compte de nos goûts ou aversions ou intolérances, voire de nos allergies. Le seul point positif est que j’ai changé quelques habitudes alimentaires et je me sens bien!
Disappointed
Very disappointed because I thought it would be linked with the Freeletics app. NOT AT ALL.
Recipes are too many times the same, sometimes it changes.
You don’t have a good tracker of what you effectively had eaten (Kcal, nutriments, etc...)
It lacks of information and I find it for the price very too simple.
I’ve been testing since almost 3 weeks, and honestly I would have taken the refund but we can’t !
No link with Sport
I feel that There is no link with the sport app.
No option to LIKE the dish
It would be fantastic if there would be an option to “like” the dish . So i can like all i’m gonna cook a day later, then no need to scroll , search and think with for what.
I plan my meals at least a day or two before, so i can do the groceries for those days, also knowing for which of the dishes .
Review after one week
Great an easy to follow recipes, would be nice if there were some more vegan options, as a vegetarian you have to eat a lot of eggs and cottage cheese on this diet. Otherwise - five stars.
