Don’t use this app, they are unhelpful and their drivers are charging whatever they want if you don’t prepay it. I was double charged and they offered me a voucher for a month what I can use. Ridiculous, Uber is way more trustable. Never again this app.
Issues with their payment systems. Also issues with taxis cancelling every other time. Not to mention the €1.20 extra they charge.
Excellent service
Me and my friend installed the app to use in Naples. All together we used it 6-7 times. Every time final charge was 25-30% more than I agreed. F.e. Ride to Pompei 65-70eur, final charge was 113. I contacted help desk regarding all extra payments. Was promised to get reimbursement. Two weeks gone, no money

I ordered a taxi two days before the plane, they took money from me in advance and confirmed the trip. But exactly during your trip I received a message that the reservation was cancelled. They won't even say "sorry" to you. So, if you are going to the airport and definitely want to order a taxi, this application will not be a good solution
