The price almost doubled from the one I chose?!
So we took a ferry from Heraklion to Athens and then we waited almost 15minutes for the driver to arrive. The amount I chose when I selected the ride was 37£ and then after 30min of driving 47£ and then at the end I paid 57£??? Like the driver was friendly and the ride was good but the price I paid was not the price I selected when confirming my drive.

Too difficult to add a second or third credit card. How do I do this?

My destination was Gaiola - the app said 13 - 16 Euros and the driver advised 20 - 25 euros. The driver then stopped less than half way from my destination and told me that this was the closest beach he would take me to and had the cheek to charge me 20 Euros - he said it was the service charge. Do not use this company, absolute rip off.
Convenience perfected
I used this app in Rome today for the first time (several iterations) and was so impressed by the app itself and the high standard of the drivers that it will be my “go to” from now on.
Super Helpful when you don't speak German in Germany!

Leider unzuverlässig
Beim ersten Versuch konnte der Fahrer uns leider nicht finden- daher Fahrt Storniert und an der Straße einfach Taxi angehalten. Zweiter Versuch 3 Tage später am Vortag Fahrt einen Tag im Voraus gebucht, erster zugesagter Fahrer hat kurzfristig storniert zweiter Fahrer war 10 nach zugesagtem Abholzeitpunkt nicht da und hat auch nicht auf anfrage reagiert. Also wieder Taxi am Straßenrand gerufen. Ergebnis für mich App gelöscht.
