I rarely find drivers
Most of the time when ordering a taxi i spend minutes waiting for my request to be accepted and most of the time it’s never accepted Even on monday nights when traffic is supposed to be light No one accepts my request

Claim for bad service
I had always a very good service from free except for today when I took a ride from Athens center to the airport The driver requested to be paid cash and 50 euros instead of the 35 provided by yourselves claiming it was for the toll and that he wanted to be paid cash . Please check with the driver and revert back to me as I could like to keep using your services Regards Fadi
Not to be trusted
We booked an XL taxi 1 day before our trip to the trainstation. We were then notified about who is our driver. 10 minutes before the trip i open the application and find out that they are searching for a driver, and then they cancelled it automatically. Bunch of clowns
wrong info & they charge for it!
it was clearly stared that the car can take 4 guests. the driver refused to take us and they still charged us!!!
Very good service
Easy to use the application and to schedule the trip. Car is good and driver helpful and quiet. Uber was less for 4 euros for the same ride. Maybe try to be competitive?

I waited 20 mins and kept ordering, it showed me that there are a lot of taxis near but none ever came ! I found this utterly useless!
Leider unzuverlässig
Beim ersten Versuch konnte der Fahrer uns leider nicht finden- daher Fahrt Storniert und an der Straße einfach Taxi angehalten. Zweiter Versuch 3 Tage später am Vortag Fahrt einen Tag im Voraus gebucht, erster zugesagter Fahrer hat kurzfristig storniert zweiter Fahrer war 10 nach zugesagtem Abholzeitpunkt nicht da und hat auch nicht auf anfrage reagiert. Also wieder Taxi am Straßenrand gerufen. Ergebnis für mich App gelöscht.
