Takes ages until a driver accepts your request and afterwards they’ll usually cancel
Do not use in Rome
I had a disappointing experience with this app in Rome. First, it took 7 minutes just to find a driver. Then, the app showed the driver would arrive in 9 minutes, but things went downhill from there. The driver started missing turns, circling near my location without actually arriving. At one point, it seemed like he might have forgotten he was a taxi driver and was heading home instead! After missing five turns and taking a detour, I ended up waiting 22 minutes for nothing. Frustrated, I canceled the ride after nearly half an hour of waiting—only to be charged €5 for the cancellation! While the app might work well in other cities, I strongly advise avoiding it for your trips in Rome. Unbelievable!

Leaves you waiting till the last minute and then says sorry couldn’t find a driver! That info should come way before so that one can make alternate arrangements now I’m going to be super late!

Prices are extremely expensive. A £30 bolt/uber ride is quoted £90 here

Not worthy
Booked this app and was charged the highest estimate immediately and when driver arrived he informed the company that I was late which is not true. So the company charged me another €5 and when I explained to the driver for a reason he does not speak English! Stay away!
Beware the charging
While checking the cost of a ride, be careful cause the app charged me for 4 rides that never happened...three canceled by the drivers (one of them even called me to ask me to ride as he could not cancel the ride himself) and the last one I was still checking the cost of the trip! Unbelievable!
Takes to long to designate driver.
The app just leaves you waiting to confirm driver.
