Handy, but too many issues
Handy app if you are using Zendesk. But too many irritations. Such as Reply, you can only reply Publically, not Privately. Replies are in the wrong order.

The app works. I just want to use it for the notifications bud the possibility of setting the time en days when you want to receive those, does not work anymore...

App is ok. Only thing annoying is that you have to scroll all the way down to see the latest reaction on a ticket and in most long cases you have to press on “load more”, which results in scrolling down again. In the web version the latest reaction in tickets are first shown, which is way more logical and quicker.
It wont even let you create a account, how is this even worth 4 stars?
Stuck at login screen with a vague error message
Keyboard slows down sometimes where letters are being typed with a huge delay. Unread messages shown at icon before started the app are incorrect, always showing 1.
Need to login again way to often. No improvements compared to old app.
Since the last update, the notifications are not showing in the app anymore. While getting the number of notifications with a max of 99, the content of the notifications screen shows empty. Please fix asap as with previous version there was no issue.
The update from the old Zendesk app to this 'Support App by Zendesk' end of last year is a huge step back. Some of this issues I had the first weeks have been solved. But now we are already several months further in the future, and still the most annoying issues are still there: 1) the app is slow. When you press something, no matter what, it doesnt respond immediately. 2) for some tickets, typing text is real slow. One letter per second orso. Undoable to answer someone then. 3) on the website, new things are on top. In app it is the other way around. Confusing 4) the app groups the previous items together, meaning I need to click extra to read the history. Which would not be the end of the world normally. But it is now, since the response on that click is, again, super slow. 5) scrolling through a ticket is slow as well. 6) why didn't you remove the old app from the app store? I ask since that old app can (unfortunately) not be used anymore? I hope you can bring this app back to the quality level which I am used to getting from Zendesk products. Thanks
