After copying a track as a course, editing it does not work as expected, because the course only has two points - start and end. As there currently is no way to add points to the course that then can be dragged, it is basically impossible to adjust the course. Long tapping on the course instead will destroy it and create a new course that is very different. Also I couldn’t find a way to hide selected saved items on the map.
Better than it was. But still clumsy. I paid a lot of money for my GPSMAP 67i. Yes, it makes me safe when I am out in the wilderness. Just wish the process of planning routes and transferring them to my Garmin was more straightforward.
The recent update has downgraded the maps and is now prompting users to sign up for a yearly subscription to access more features. However, there are no specific details or images available to show what the subscription will offer. The previous maps were more detailed and easier to read. In my opinion, this update is not an improvement over what was previously available.
For the last 8 months or so the location pointer (blue arrow) doesn’t update to the current location when tracking live. This only occurs when using iPad connected to mini2. It is annoying, and makes it difficult to see current location when the track overlaps wth another track.

Is there a way to edit contacts in the app? I can’t work out how to edit a contact.
Garmin Explore has been brilliant since I first bought my Instinct 3 years ago. I use it for all my navigation needs and the app seems to have had several updates which have made it incrementally better over time.
This app is terrible. You can’t even do software updates.
The app is okay but we need a feature that allows the display to be always on
