Tried to open gcash account so many times I can’t even count anymore, I never receive the otp since the start of May until now

Now that gcash seems to be able to be used with French phone numbers, I tried. But I never received the TOTP code to be able to authenticate. How can this simple and very strategic feature be this unreliable ?

Bad App always has a connection problem Bad customer service, they will send you an email to tell you to try connecting at another time like we haven’t done that already?

What your problem why dont you give otp i have money in your system
Worst customer service in existence
Gave me a defective Visa card, begged them to replace it for 6 months with no result. Ended up telling the help center I would just delete my account and they just went “ok”
Selfy verification
Selfy verification not working. Help center useless. Keep asking for verifications instead of solving the problem with the App
