Authentication Code not Working.

Authentication code is not working when you use a mobile number to get a code. I used the UK code number and typed my number on it and when you clicked the send authentication code, the code is not even sending to the number I’ve put.

Lag

The gcash apps in the apple store is lag. Not clickable once you open the account

Wag na wag kayo gagamit ng gcredit nakakatakot ang charges!!!! 700 lang utang ko pinang online payment ko ng pagkain due date OCTOBER 27 kaso dumating sweldo ko OCTOBER 30 sa 3 days late 400 ang penalty that’s 60%‼️‼️‼️‼️NAIINTINDIHAN KO PO HA NA MAY LATE PAYMENT FEE HINDI KO FIRST TIME MAGKALOAN PERO 60% late payment fee sira ulo ba kayo tubong lugaw na lugaw 60% late payment mga hayop!!!!!

Greedy company!!!

There’s a charge in everything you do (topping up load, cashing-in), annoying ads/tutorials and buggy apps, awful customer service. And lastly, Gforest is an absolute scam.

Can’t open my overseas account

Can’t log in to my account and keep requesting for OTP but there’s no OTP has been sent.

OTP for UK number not sending

OTP for UK number is not sending... Already tried to restart phone, reinstall but still, its not sending. I still got some money let on my account...

Been doing just fine.

There is nothing wrong about Gcash as long u keep your number safe and dont let other people get the OTP through you phone number.

Difficult to log in

I consistently have problems logging on to this app. It logs me out every not and then and it takes forever to log in. Even now, I can’t log in. The chatbot can’t help either.

Login error

Total bull**** of an app.. would always say something wrong..
